Healing duo Madeleine Hamer and Erica Harmon bring their collaborative offering home for the first time to their neighbors. This community event will take place in the Yurt (Maddie’s place in Croton-on-Hudson) and includes 90 minutes of rest-centered healing to ease you into the work week without a hint of the Sunday Scaries. You will be lulled into homeostasis through gentle movement, guided meditation, an immersive sound bath and hands-on Reiki and you’ll be home in time for dinner. This event is open to all.
